 A consortium of Western Councils commissioned this urban project via a design competition.

The concept, parralleld the objectives of the council. it is a suspended wire drawing in the sky, located at the Western Ring Road Freeway Interchange.

The structure is two-dimensional in form, but is drawn in perspective to appear three-dimensional.

It is made of  hot dipped galvanised steel cable, column and/or hollow sections.
