Taking cues from the existing street facing Art Deco building, eme has designed two new apartments for the rear of the property in Windsor. The design provides a good response to natural lighting and connections between interior and exterior spaces. It utilises a compact site with excellent planning incorporating passive solar design, a water tank and energy efficiency.
