Heat Wave

While most of us cooked during yesterdays heatwave, this is what the residents of the Kooyong Road Heritage home had to say;
"Hi Luke,
Just wanted to let you know how beautifully the house performed in the heat yesterday. Even though it was 39 outside, the house remained 26 degrees without any airconditioning on. Obviously a testament to good design!
